Wayne is a partner and the Executive Vice President of The Senex Group, an integrated financial services firm headquartered in Woodland Hills, California. Wayne along with his two partners, Bruce Gendein and Alex Knezevich, started The Senex Group in 1992. The firm specializes in the design, implementation and administration of qualified retirement plans for clients nationwide.

For over 30 years Wayne has provided pension consultation services to small and medium size businesses. Wayne has his California Life Insurance License. His main focus is 401(k) plans. Wayne is adept at developing relationships with service providers and brokers. Prior to joining The Senex Group, Wayne formed WSI, Consulting. WSI provided full financial services to a broad market of small business clients. Wayne merged this practice into the formation of The Senex Group in 1992.
