A sought-after speaker on the topic of Qualified Retirement Plans, Bruce spends much of his time touring the country to share his insights with financial services professionals—financial advisors, brokers, CPAs, insurance agents, and attorneys. He has addressed MDRT’s Top of the Table, LIMRA’s Advanced Sales Forum, the Arizona Institute, and NAIFA and SFSP chapter meetings, as well as corporate educational symposiums nationwide.

A financial services industry veteran, Bruce has been in the business for more than 30 years, helping successful individuals and advisors tackle complex financial and retirement planning challenges. As president and co-founder of The Senex Group, Bruce works with advisors nationwide to deliver seamless solutions that enable them to provide complete, end-to-end qualified retirement plans to their clients and generate a significant new revenue stream.

Prior to founding The Senex Group, Bruce built a successful financial and retirement planning firm that served more than 850 clients from three offices in the Midwest. As a financial advisor, he started a third-party pension administration firm, was named “rookie of the year” for a major mutual life insurance company, and qualified for MDRT in his first year in the life insurance business. He has held Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations for more than three decades and remains committed to advancing the knowledge and capabilities of fellow advisors to help them better serve their clients.

Alex is a co-founder and Partner of The Senex Group.  He has provided design and business consultation services to a wide variety of clients for more than 30 years.  The main focus of Alex’s practice is helping owners of small, closely held businesses address their unique financial challenges and leverage new opportunities.  One of his skills is to take a business owner’s company information and their retirement goals and design a retirement plan.  Alex can quickly review and make recommendations on the most complex situations to help a business owner.  Alex is always available to speak with financial advisors and their clients to help them put a plan in place.

Alex is a speaker on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.  He regularly conducts webinars for recognized financial advisors.

Alex is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Certified Financial Planner ® (CFP®).  He has worked with financial services professionals for years to deliver custom-designed plans to help business owners save money in the most tax-efficient manner.

Elyse Weise

Elyse has been in the benefits industry for more than 20 years, and has been with The Senex Group since 2003.

She began her career working in the Institutional Trust Department of First Interstate Bank of California/Wells Fargo Bank where she served as an administrator, compliance officer, and business manager, and finally serving as a regional manager before transitioning from the trustee and investment manager side of the business to retirement plan design and installation. A licensed attorney in California, Elyse received her B.A. from Pitzer College and her J.D. from Southwestern School of Law.

Elyse is currently the President of Adat Ari El Synagogue and and was previously on the Board of Directors. She was also on the Board of Directors of Front Porch, a support system for a family of non-profit communities that serve individuals and families through full-service retirement, active adult communities, and affordable housing communities.
